When ​the owners bought their house, the kitchen needed an update, and a back entry needed to be reworked. By getting rid of a dark lavette, and a storage space, we were able to open up the kitchen to the yard, and flood the kitchen with light throughout the day. We also created a functional mudroom and small porch to protect the family from the rain in bad weather when coming in from the drive way. On the second floor, we were able to rework a small storage room and create a master suite with master bath.
